Every year, the HRPA recognizes National Volunteer Week (April 18-24, 2021) as an important opportunity to celebrate and thank our amazing volunteers for their contributions to the Association.
This year’s theme is Making a Difference in a Changing World. As we face an unprecedented time, we’re deeply grateful for our volunteers who consistently step up to make a difference in our HR community. Our volunteers support over 23,000 HRPA members and help us provide impactful programming throughout the year.

|Rahim Shamji, Complaints Committee||A special thank you to Rahim for being part of the Complaints Committee for 9 years! The Complaints process is key to the regulation and governance of the conduct of HRPA’s members in the practice of their profession and their adherence to the Rules of Professional Conduct and standards of practice. Rahim’s leadership as a Vice-Chair and Chair of the committee made huge improvements, and we are truly thankful for his work.|
