HRPA 2023 HR Summit logo

At HRPA, we are committed to promoting inclusivity, diversity and equity in the workplace, which includes answering the Truth And Reconciliation Calls To Action #92.

On National Day for Truth and Reconciliation (September 30), and throughout the year, we invite you to participate in these self-guided learning journeys that are inspired by the principles of truth, understanding and empathy.

The resources, activities and sessions that make up these learning experiences will further your ability to strengthen workplaces by establishing respectful connections and meaningfully embracing Indigenous cultures and teachings.

As you go through these materials, we encourage you to allow time for reflection as well. Reflection is key to being able to deeply understand and apply these learnings holistically and sustainably. Thank you for joining us and taking this step on your own on your own path towards truth and reconciliation.
