Neil Culp

Chapter Chair, Communications Committee

With over 15 years of HR experience in multiple industries, I have had a rewarding career supporting many organizations. Having worked in many functional areas of HR I am passionate about helping organizations examine their organizational structures, systems and culture, working with stakeholders to make positive, measurable and impactful change.

The HR profession is an amazing area to work, and it currently going through a remarkable evolution. To support that evolution, a strong community of HR professionals is needed. Certainly, the support of my peers has been a huge part of my growth and development as an HR professional. To that end, I respectfully put my name forward to once again serve on the Niagara Chapter Board.

I have previously served on the board for about 9 years in various roles, including Communications Director, Vice President, President/Chair, and past Chair. Since my time on the Niagara Board I have served on many provincial HRPA committees including the Board Nominating Committee. I believe that I would bring important insights and skills to the Niagara Board if I were given the opportunity to serve once again.
