In the past two years, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) have catapulted to new heights. Business leaders across the globe made bold promises to make their organizations more inclusive. Research shows that diversity brings many advantages to an organization, including but not limited to increased profitability, widespread creativity, stronger governance and better problem-solving. Employees with diverse backgrounds bring with them a wide variety of perspectives, ideas and experiences which strengthens organizational resilience, effectiveness, and overall performance. So, DEI is a business imperative that must be prioritized and implemented into business strategies and everyday interactions for sustained success.

Statistics show that an average employee is productive for only three hours a day. Yet, companies with effective wellness programs have reduced costs and made financial gains like higher revenue per employee, fewer absentee days per employee per year and higher shareholder returns. In other words, employee wellness is key to workforce retention and to employee productivity. So, what is your company wellness strategy looking like? Is your organization relying only on typical workplace perks such as a discounted gym membership?

Speaker(s): Danielle Wallace, Chief Learning Strategist, Beyond the Sky: Custom Learning, Canada

In the ever-changing, fast-paced world, how can you ensure your learning solutions adapt and have impact? Typical training approaches no longer fit the modern worker’s crowded schedule.
