HRPA Growth Circles are carefully curated peer groups of 10 individuals who possess different lived experiences and intersecting identities yet face similar challenges within their career. Led by an experienced facilitator, this exceptional group of leaders meet monthly to focus on personal growth, create deep connections, and strategize impactful career development.

Through a 12-month program, HRPA Growth Circles provides a safe space for HR leaders to share challenges and ideas, develop meaningful relationships and navigate their career path to achieve their goals and aspirations.

1. HRPA will curate a group of 10 high-potential HR leaders who have demonstrated a desire to connect, advance their career and who are committed to the process.
2. Our expert facilitator will deliver a crucial 3 ½ hour Best Practices Launch Workshop for the group.
3. Participants will engage in 9 monthly, facilitated 2-hour meetings throughout the year. They will gain access to an exclusive online community, leveraging shared experiences and expertise. 
4. Upon program completion, participants will be equipped with a year-long personal and professional growth plan and the resources necessary to achieve their goals.

• Cultivate a peer network of other HR leaders at top companies.

• Rate: $2,200 (member), $2,400 (non-member) 
• Target audience: HR Managers, Senior Managers and Directors in organizations of 500+ employees 
• Program duration: 12 months with nine (9) 2-hour meetings scheduled 

The HRPA Growth Circles is a unique and exclusive convening program for high–potential HR Directors designed to enhance personal and professional growth. Unlike traditional professional development opportunities, Growth Circles provide a rich, intimate and innovative approach using a proven methodology and an expert facilitator. Participants will gain access to other high-potential peers who share and discuss challenges and solutions to enhance their performance and elevate their careers.  

This exciting new program is designed to complement the HRPA’s CPD learning objectives, creating opportunities for growth and facilitating career development and will count for 21.5 CPD hours.
