The Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) is in the process of updating our Rules of Professional Conduct and Code of Ethics.

The Rules of Professional Conduct and Code of Ethics apply to all HRPA members and students. They define what is acceptable professional conduct and what constitutes professional misconduct that could subject members and students to complaints and/or discipline.

The survey will give you a chance to comment on the Rules and Code of Ethics and provide feedback through the lens of your own experiences. We encourage you to review the draft Rules and Code of Ethics
