HRPA Members,

This is to advise you that Louise Taylor Green is leaving HRPA, effective March 31. Louise made this difficult decision considering personal family circumstances and, in the short-term intends to focus on her personal well-being, her family and her volunteer work before continuing to pursue her passion in HR, organizational development and coaching.

During her time at HRPA, Louise made a significant contribution to the HRPA over the past 3.5 years. She modernized and levelled-up operations, achieved superior performance results and profoundly influenced culture at HRPA. She will be greatly missed by leaders, staff, partners and indeed the HRPA membership.

To support this transition period, HRPA Board Member John Hannah (bio below) has been appointed as Interim CEO. John has, and will continue to, work closely with Louise for transition while an external search is underway.

With John’s leadership and a capable and professional executive team, we are confident HRPA will continue executing its strategic plan, regulating the HR profession and providing valuable programs and services to its members.

Please join us in thanking Louise for her incredible efforts and results over the past 3.5 years and wishing her well.

Sincerely,

HRPA Board of Directors

John Hannah
