*Online experience may not be the same as in-class participation.
As a person who has been in the Human Resources profession for eight years I struggled with the CKE. This exam took me several attempts to pass. After trying different study methods it was not until the Comprehensive Study Program for the CHRP-KE and CHRL-KE with Ron Alexandrowich was offered that I passed.
As a person who has excelled in in-class education this was the best option for me. I took the training online but it was just as good as sitting in a classroom. The instructor provides you with the education you need and the refreshers that are so important. The material you receive to review and study from are of the upmost value. I have used other methods but the information was so overwhelming that I didn’t know where to start, what was relevant for the exam and what was not. With this method you receive the fundamental information you need.
In my experience this training was one of the best decisions I could have made moving forward in my career and worth every penny!
