  • Eligibility
    • Suppliers must provide products or services relevant to HR professionals (consulting, law, payroll, HR tech, benefits, wellness, training).
    • Suppliers must be legally registered entities in Canada (sole proprietorship, corporation, or partnership).
    • Suppliers must maintain appropriate business licenses, liability insurance, and applicable professional certifications.
  • Conduct & Standards
    • Suppliers must comply with all Ontario and Canadian laws, including employment, privacy, and anti-discrimination statutes.
    • Suppliers may not misrepresent services, credentials, or affiliations.
    • Suppliers must ensure marketing copy, logos, and submitted materials do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

    • Inclusion in the Guide does not constitute endorsement by the HRPA.
    • The HRPA assumes no responsibility for the quality, legality, or outcomes of supplier services.
    • The HRPA reserves the right to remove a supplier at any time for breach of these guidelines, reputational risk, or member complaints.
  • Fees & Renewal
    • Listings are annual, non-refundable, and subject to renewal upon payment and re-confirmation of eligibility.
    • Suppliers may upgrade tiers at any time but may not downgrade mid-year.
