Professional Development

HRPA's Professional Development program group provides members and others with high performance learning experiences designed to help members meet the demands of an ever changing and increasingly global work environment. In classrooms and via live Internet broadcast or by live and on-demand webcasts, in regional conference centres, and even on the grassy meadows of city parks we advance members' skills and capabilities in alignment with the HRPA Professional Competency Framework.

Working with the best instructors and other institutions of higher learning, HRPA's professional development staff produce introductory programs for young professionals at the front-end of their careers, certification programs for full professionals looking to establish expert-level competency and exclusive executive events tailored to the needs of the most senior echelon of HR leadership.

Our programs deliver high quality at competitive pricing and through sponsorship a number of our programs are actually free to members. Please check us out.
