Mastering Workplace Dynamics provides today's busy professionals with the tools and knowledge that they need to manage efficient and harmonious workplaces. In this 20-hour program, HR professionals will become certified by experts in the field in the use of the Workplace Conflict Styles Indicator (WCSI)—a powerful tool that informs HR practice by providing the knowledge needed to help manage differences effectively. After certification, professionals will have access to their own portal through which they can utilize the WCSI tool in their work with clients.

This program will teach you how to find your ideal mentor and how to fully leverage a mentoring relationship so that that you take your skills and confidence to the next level.

Learn how to make the connections you need and maximize them. Unlock your potential and embrace the transformation.

  • LGBT Workplace Inclusion Certificate

The LGBT Workplace Inclusion Certificate is an asynchronous online course designed for employees to create inclusive environments for themselves and their coworkers. In the course, employees will gain an understanding of the basic elements of LGBT inclusion, how organizations can leverage these concepts to create safer and more inclusive workplaces, and how you can create change in your own workplace by creating an employee resource group, engaging allies, combating biphobic, homophobic and transphobic bullying and more.

Workshops leave you energized from meeting new people, make you reflect on your own situation after hearing others' perspectives, and get you excited to try new things.

Online learning fits your hectic schedule, is available forever, and you can practice what you learn straightaway. It even saves money.
