Our brain has a basic set up combined of a fixed and a growth mindset.  The fixed mindset represents a barrier to our actions; a growth mindset is a bridge to move forward and progress.  To successfully navigate changes, we must be self-aware of the mindset we function in and what tools we can use to lead the team from a fixed to a growth mindset.
