Stephen Fletcher

Sarika Gundu

Sarika has a proven track record for building spaces where employees feel engaged, empowered and psychologically safe to bring their whole self to work.
She currently represents the voice of 30,000 plus employees as the Head of BMO’s Canadian Benefits and Enterprise Recognition Program. Michelle Jacobson

Dr. Michelle Jacobson is an award winning menopause specialist in Toronto and the co-founder of Coven women’s health, a multidisciplinary virtual women’s health clinic. She is also the director of the familial ovarian cancer clinic at women’s college hospital.
She has a special interest in women who are menopausal due to cancer therapies and is the creator of the SOGC’s menopause hub, and Community of Practice in Hereditary Breast and Ovarian Cancer. Utilizing her MHSc in translational research, she wrote the guidelines on the Management of Hereditary Breast and Ovarian Cancer and on Breast Cancer and Menopause, and chairs Ontario’s quality committee on menopause. Janet Ko

Janet Ko is the President and Co-Founder of the Menopause Foundation of Canada, a national nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness of menopause and its impact on women and society. A passionate advocate for women’s health, she is committed to closing the menopause knowledge gap and improving access to care and treatment. Janet is on a mission to redefine menopause—shifting the narrative from stigma to renewal, strength and wisdom. She sees menopause as a crucial health transition that demands better support from the medical community, government, workplaces and society. Like many women, she was unprepared for menopause and knows firsthand how unmanaged symptoms can hold women back. Nathan Kolar
Health and Safety Consultant, Workplace Wellbeing, Public Services Health and Safety Association (PSHSA)
Nathan has supported workplace health and wellness speaking engagements, trainings, and assessments for the last decade. His experience began in employee group benefits, where he was recognized by the Wellness Council of America (WELCOA) for his program development work with clients. Nathan currently supports public sector employers in Ontario as a Health and Safety Consultant, Workplace Wellbeing for Public Services Health and Safety Association (PSHSA). In addition, Nathan is a Part-Time Faculty Member for the Workplace Wellness and Health Promotion post-graduate program at Centennial College. For further industry involvement, Nathan was the Chair of the Ontario Workplace Health Coalition (OWHC), and is currently involved with CSA Group as a Technical Committee Member for the National Standard of Canada for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace (CSA Z1003).

Dr. Dave Mammoliti is the Director of Executive Programs at the DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University. In this role, he oversees the operations of the Executive Education department, the Executive MBA in Digital Transformation, the Health Leadership Academy, and The Directors College. As a member of the Dean’s Executive Team, Dr. Mammoliti is responsible for the strategic direction and operational leadership of programs designed for managers, organizational leaders, and board directors across Canada. His work focuses on building strategic partnerships and identifying new programming opportunities for private, public, and non-profit organizations.
Dr. Mammoliti has worked at McMaster University for over 16 years, holding various leadership roles within the Faculties of Health Sciences, Engineering, and Business. He currently holds an Adjunct Faculty appointment in the Faculty of Health Sciences at McMaster University and serves as the Strategic Partnerships Advisor for the Master of Biomedical Innovation program. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Education, and is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Program at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley. Dr. Mammoliti is currently completing the Chartered Director (C.Dir.) designation at McMaster University, with expected completion in 2025.

Janet Ko

Janet Ko is the President and Co-Founder of the Menopause Foundation of Canada, a national nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness of menopause and its impact on women and society. A passionate advocate for women’s health, she is committed to closing the menopause knowledge gap and improving access to care and treatment. Janet is on a mission to redefine menopause—shifting the narrative from stigma to renewal, strength and wisdom. She sees menopause as a crucial health transition that demands better support from the medical community, government, workplaces and society. Like many women, she was unprepared for menopause and knows firsthand how unmanaged symptoms can hold women back. Determined to drive change, she co-founded the Menopause Foundation of Canada, launching landmark research and advocacy campaigns that ignited a national conversation and spurred meaningful action.

Nathan Kolar
Health and Safety Consultant, Workplace Wellbeing, Public Services Health and Safety Association (PSHSA)
Nathan has supported workplace health and wellness speaking engagements, trainings, and assessments for the last decade. His experience began in employee group benefits, where he was recognized by the Wellness Council of America (WELCOA) for his program development work with clients. Nathan currently supports public sector employers in Ontario as a Health and Safety Consultant, Workplace Wellbeing for Public Services Health and Safety Association (PSHSA). In addition, Nathan is a Part-Time Faculty Member for the Workplace Wellness and Health Promotion post-graduate program at Centennial College. For further industry involvement, Nathan was the Chair of the Ontario Workplace Health Coalition (OWHC), and is currently involved with CSA Group as a Technical Committee Member for the National Standard of Canada for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace (CSA Z1003).

Bram Lowsky

Dave Mammoliti
Director of Executive Programs, DeGroote School of Business
Dr. Dave Mammoliti is the Director of Executive Programs at the DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University. In this role, he oversees the operations of the Executive Education department, the Executive MBA in Digital Transformation, the Health Leadership Academy, and The Directors College. As a member of the Dean’s Executive Team, Dr. Mammoliti is responsible for the strategic direction and operational leadership of programs designed for managers, organizational leaders, and board directors across Canada. His work focuses on building strategic partnerships and identifying new programming opportunities for private, public, and non-profit organizations.
Dr. Mammoliti has worked at McMaster University for over 16 years, holding various leadership roles within the Faculties of Health Sciences, Engineering, and Business. He currently holds an Adjunct Faculty appointment in the Faculty of Health Sciences at McMaster University and serves as the Strategic Partnerships Advisor for the Master of Biomedical Innovation program. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Education, and is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Program at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley. Dr. Mammoliti is currently completing the Chartered Director (C.Dir.) designation at McMaster University, with expected completion in 2025.
In addition to his administrative leadership, he has over a decade of teaching experience at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, having taught courses at Brock University, York University, McMaster University, Niagara College, and the University of Niagara Falls Canada.
