Speaker Jennifer Porritt

Jennifer Porritt, CHRP, CHRL, Organizational Development Consultant

Through her 20+ year career journey working in financial services and higher education, Jennifer Porritt has found her passion in working with leaders to develop both themselves and their teams. Specifically, Jennifer's areas of specialization include workplace team coaching and development, training, and leadership development coaching.


Prior to her roles in organizational development and learning, she spent the first half of her career as a recruiter and human resources generalist working with both unionized and non-union employee groups.


As an independent organizational development consultant, Jennifer works with clients in higher education, technology, and non-profit sectors.


Jennifer holds professional designations in both human resources (CHRL) and training and development (CTDP), in addition to certifications including team performance coaching (TCI), Emotional Intelligence (EQ in Action), Everything DiSC workplace, Crucial Conversations and Personality Dimensions. She also recently completed her Masters certificate in Organizational Development and Change from the Schulich School of Business.
