It’s time to benchmark what it really means to be an HR Business Partner (HRBP). In this certificate program, attendees will learn both a practical HR Business Partner framework and the development strategy to prepare an HR professional for the role. The HRBP role combines coaching, facilitation and consulting methodologies with organizational design and development principles.
