It’s time to benchmark what it really means to be an HR Business Partner (HRBP). In this certificate program, attendees will learn both a practical HR Business Partner framework and the development strategy to prepare an HR professional for the role. The HRBP role combines coaching, facilitation and consulting methodologies with organizational design and development principles. With those abilities, the HR Business Partner can become a proactive resource: effectively consulting stakeholders, diagnosing dysfunction, triaging issues, and providing solutions when able. This certificate program is designed for intermediate-level HR professionals.

In addition, Lisa has successfully led multiple integration efforts for small to large acquisitions around the world, including North and South America, West and South Africa, Australia, India, Philippines, Russia and Europe.
