2016 Compensation and Employment Trends Survey

HR-Trends-Survey-2016 CoverHRPA's Resource Centre often receives requests from members seeking up-to-date regional benchmarking data to help them make informed HR decisions. Unfortunately, there are currently no sources that adequately satisfy this need. To fill this knowledge gap and to help us provide a better service to our members, the Resource Centre created a survey to gather information on as many different employment topics as possible, including the most popular benchmarking requests we receive:

  • Vacation allowances

  • Time off (paid and unpaid)

  • Key recruiting, training and turnover metrics

HRPA members can download their complimentary copy of the report by clicking on the “Order Here” image (you will not be charged if you are a current member of HRPA). Any non-member of HRPA can also purchase a copy of report through the “Order Here” image. Contact Jeff Smith if you have any questions, or have any issues downloading the report.

What other members are saying about Resource Centre
"Resource Centre is like having a personal librarian. It's a great HRPA member benefit because I'm constantly looking for new information, staying on top of HR trends, finding best practices for my work and background research to help with papers for my M.HRM program. I just email Jeff or Sarah and ask for articles and resources on a given topic and they send back great materials within a day or two."

Nikita DeGannes, CHRP, HR Project Lead, Abilities Centre
