The aim and purpose of the HR Hotline is to provide quick access to relevant information, which may be of assistance to HRPA members with human resources-related queries or concerns.

The HR Hotline is a service of the HRPA that is delivered by current HRPA members, all of whom are unpaid volunteers and Certified Human Resources Leaders (CHRL) in good standing. We aim to deliver a high level service for this purpose. However, no guarantee can be given on the accuracy or completeness of any information provided by the HR Hotline.

The HRPA and its HR Hotline volunteers assume no liability for any inaccurate, delayed or incomplete information, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon. The information provided has been supplied by the HR Hotline volunteers without verification or endorsement by the HRPA.

  2. Use the phone number in the confirmation email to get connected to a Resource Centre information specialist who will record the purpose of your call.

  3. The information specialist will connect you to an HR Hotline CHRL team member.
