Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: You will manage digital-first marketing campaigns from start to finish, focusing on attracting and engaging target customers while iterating to boost pipeline and revenue. This includes overseeing the entire marketing funnel, launching multi-channel email campaigns, and optimizing performance based on insights and trends. Your role involves measuring and analyzing campaign effectiveness, using data to refine strategies, and improving ROI and overall success.

Content and Channels: Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive traffic to our platforms. Collaborate on content creation for the website, social media, and email, and lead the development and optimization of our website. Innovate new engagement strategies and work with the design team to produce effective promotional materials.

Leadership and Innovation: Provide strategic direction to the marketing team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Assess campaign effectiveness using KPIs and metrics and make datadriven recommendations for improvement. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive insights and implement cutting-edge marketing tools and strategies to drive growth and establish the organization as an industry leader.

Embedding IDEA Principles: You will play a crucial role in ensuring our marketing practices are inclusive and accessible. Collaborate with our IDEA team to embed diversity and equity into every aspect of our campaigns, ensuring that our messaging reflects and supports our commitment to a more inclusive world.

Qualifications We’re Excited About:

Experience: Bring your 5-7 years of B2B marketing expertise, with a strong track record in both traditional and digital marketing. As well as 3-5 years in a managerial role. Exceptional creativity with a proven ability to develop innovative and impactful marketing concepts. Experience in nonprofit and/or member-based organizations is a plus.

Types of Experience: A strong track record of accountability and success in managing marketing campaign results, adeptly balancing both strategic planning and tactical execution. You possess a thorough understanding of the marketing funnel stages—TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU—and can effectively align various tactics to target each stage appropriately. Your skill set blends quantitative analysis with creative thinking, enabling you to approach challenges with innovative and novel solutions.

Education: A College Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field is required.

Capabilities: You should have strong strategic and creative thinking to develop unique and compelling marketing concepts and campaigns with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proven leadership and team management abilities. Effective project management abilities with capability of leading multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

Who You Are:

You bring 3-5 years of experience in communications, social media, customer service, and copywriting. Public speaking is second nature to you, and you thrive in fast-paced environments. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines are complemented by your strong work ethic and resourcefulness. You also know how to add a touch of fun to your work, making the member experience truly engaging.
