Call for Board Nominations
HRPA, governed by the Board of Directors, continues its success with strong leadership.
Serving on HRPA’s Board of Directors is an excellent opportunity to participate in setting the agenda for the Association and charting the future direction for the human resources profession.
Members serve on the Board for several reasons, including:

- Oversight and Governance: Directors oversee management to ensure the company operates effectively and ethically, protecting the interests of stakeholders and the public of Ontario.
- Personal and Professional Growth: Serving on the HRPA Board can enhance leadership skills, expand professional networks, and provide valuable experience.
- Philanthropy and Passion: Many are motivated by a desire to contribute to causes they care about, especially within their own profession.
- Reputation and Prestige: Being a board member can enhance reputation and provide a sense of pride and accomplishment.
Any member in good standing who has their CHRP, CHRL, or CHRE designation and holds an active status is eligible to stand for election to the Board of Directors.
