About Leadership

Andie Cecchetto

Chapter Chair

Since graduating from the BMOS program at Western, Andie has eagerly immersed herself in the company of HR professionals. For the past five years, she has actively volunteered with the local chapter holding positions in the PD and Mentoring committees, Chair Elect and now Chapter Chair.

While leading the HR function, Diebold Nixdorf became a finalist and recipient of the London Chamber of Commerce Excellence in HR Award in 2017 and 2018 respectively.

Most recently, Andie has focused on leading the creation of a strong foundational HR program at Paystone, a FinTech leader in the midst of incredible transformation.
