Casey Dockendorff

Casey Dockendorff is a Partner with Filion Wakely Thorup Angeletti LLP practicing in all areas of labour and employment law. Casey attended St. Thomas University in Fredericton, New Brunswick, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminology in 2001. She received her Bachelor of Laws in 2004 from the University of New Brunswick. Casey was an associate at a large management-side labour and employment law firm in Toronto for two years. She then became in-house counsel for a large municipality in Ontario prior to joining Filion Wakely. Casey is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Middlesex Law Association.


 Brian MacDonald

Brian MacDonald, Partner

Brian P. MacDonald is a Partner with the firm practicing in all areas of labour and employment law. Brian articled at the firm before joining as an associate upon his call to the bar in 2010. Brian received an Honours B.A. in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario in 2006 and received his LL.B. from Dalhousie University in 2009.


 Peter Thorup

Peter Thorup, Partner

Peter Thorup is a senior partner at Filion Wakely Thorup Angeletti LLP. He articled in 1980 and thereafter began practising labour and employment law with the now Chief Justice of Ontario, Warren K. Winkler, the original founder of the firm. Peter works out of both of the firm’s Toronto and London, Ontario offices. He is involved in all forms of collective bargaining, corporate restructuring, development of pro active employer strategies and labour and employment litigation including union organizing, health and safety, and human rights matters. He has acted as Co-chair at CLE Programs in labour law for both the Law Society and Canadian Bar Association. Peter and his partner, Roy Filion, are two of a small group of management labour lawyers from across Canada who are consistently listed in the “International Who’s Who of Management Labour and Employment Lawyers”. The independent firm Best Lawyers conducted peer-review surveys and, as a result, Peter has been named as the 2012 lawyer of the year in the London/Windsor area for the labour and employment law sector.


 Danny Parker

Danny Parker

Danny Parker is an associate with the firm practicing in all areas of labour and employment law. Danny joined the firm as a summer student and completed his articles with the firm before his call to the Ontario Bar in 2016. Danny received his Juris Doctor in 2015 from the Faculty of Law at Queen’s University. During his time at Queen’s, Danny was the captain of the Queen’s Law Games team, and was a key contributor to Lawlapolooza, a charity music event organized by Queen’s Law students. Prior to attending law school, Danny received a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University in 2012.
