You will be introduced to The UnScripted Mindset™ that will allow you to create opportunity in the face of uncertainty. Based on the principles of improv and problem solving, The UnScripted Mindset™ will allow you and your employees to react effectively to change, arm you to manage in the moment, and spur you to innovate without fear in order remain relevant in this dynamic environment.
Learn strategies to challenge assumptions and leverage the critical skills of successful improvisers to be present & in the moment, think on your feet, collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, negotiate skillfully, engage and develop trust and support. Laugh while you learn to manage the UnExpected, the UnPredictable and the UnAvoidable.
