Richard Batchelor, President

Rich comes with masters in change management, certifications in: lean six sigma (green belt), design for six sigma, operational excellence, project management, human resources and coaching. He brings together a change focused portfolio of skills and applied practices to not only improve business operations but support the business through the change process and successfully sustain this within the organizational framework.

During a 20 year career Richard has worked with various organizations across the world in both the public and private sector. As a highly regarded and respected change management professional, Richard is currently the elected President of the Toronto Chapter of the Association of Change Management Professionals (the largest chapter within the association). He is an admired public speaker, leading events on change and process and organizational improvement and has had many thought provoking papers and discussions published.
