HRPA Peel Chapter is​ dedicated to promoting strategic HR Leadership in Peel, which includes Mississauga and Brampton areas.

As a member of the Peel Chapter, you are automatically involved with one of the largest Chapters of HRPA. Your membership will include opportunities for networking, professional development, mentoring, the salary survey and many other varied programs.​

I am honored to serve as Chapter Chair for HRPA Peel. As someone who has been active on the board over the last five years and involved in our HR community, I am strongly aware of the Chapter's role within the association.

The HRPA's mission, and the extended mission of the chapter, is to be a regulatory association that sets the standards of learning, competence and conduct for members. Our chapter is here to uphold the level of confidence and knowledge which comes with human resource designations.

The HR practice is always in constant transformation.  As practitioners we need to stay abreast of legislative changes, be involved with employee engagement, while also supporting the business by being a strategic business partner. 

I commit to ensuring that our Chapter continues to be a strong partner in ensuring members receive the development to allow them to become successful HR practitioners which businesses need today.

Our Chapter will continue to connect with members, take ideas and create valued programs to enhance the knowledge and keep members well informed of current trends within the Human Resources profession.

I sincerely look forward to our journey together over the next two years as your Chapter Chair.
