chris nicholls worth
Chris Nicholls Worth, CHRP, CHRL

Chair, Chapter Student Liaison

I began my HR career recruiting technical staff and skilled trades in the manufacturing and automotive sectors, before specializing in organizational learning and career development for salaried staff and executive leadership. Eventually, my affinity with training and the classroom environment motivated a career transition into education, and I have been teaching in Business Administration and Human Resources Management programs at St. Clair College for the last decade.  Prior to moving to Windsor in 2007, I had been teaching at Fanshawe College in London, ON. During my tenure at both colleges, I have enjoyed assisting students with CHRP designation preparation and career path planning. Relating to the former, I also share the role of facilitating the HRPAW’s Comprehensive Knowledge Exam (CKE) study group. Additionally, I volunteer with various employment-related initiatives throughout Windsor and Essex County.

I have held my Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation since 2002, and my Certified Human Resource Leader (CHRL) designation since 2014.
