Karen Stone is Vice President, Human Resources and Facilities for St. Joseph's Health Care London, a major patient care, teaching and research centre. She supports a portfolio encompassing human resources, organizational development & learning and occupational health and safety as well as facilities planning and engineering. Providing services to over 4,500 employees, she is a member of the executive team with specific accountability for strategic human resource planning and maintaining a special interest in leadership development of health care professionals.
She holds an honours degree in Labour Studies from McMaster University and a masters’ degree in Continuing Education from the University of Calgary where she had a specific focus on workplace leadership & development. Karen’s masters’ degree research focused on workplace spirituality and the development of a conceptual model of workplace wellness for Ontario hospitals. Karen achieved the Senior Human Resources Professional (SHRP) designation in 2010 (now known as the Certified Human Resources Executive - CHRE).

Bonnie Seidman is Executive Director and Chief People Officer for the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. She supports the people portfolio encompassing all aspects of human resources, organizational development, learning and wellness.
Ms. Seidman holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University and an Executive Management Certificate from Queens University. She also holds an advanced level certification in Alternative Dispute Resolution/Mediation from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law; Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE) from HRPA; and Human Capital Strategist (HCS) from the Human Capital Institute.

In her current role as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Manulife she is responsible for developing and implementing a global HR shared services strategy to deliver multi-tiered HR services across the globe. Christine Langevin is the principal of a boutique accounting firm for the past 20 years. She currently serves as Oakville Chamber of Commerce committee member and President of FRRAI, a residents’ association. As an avid volunteer, Christine has been a Charter President of a Civitan Club, Chair of the Oakville Center for the Performing Arts Board, Chair of a charitable organization in Halton Peel and currently acts as a CPA Financial Literacy volunteer as well as a member of other community committees and boards. Passionate about accounting, Christine has taught Managerial Accounting and Finance to Sheridan ITAL’s undergraduate and post grad students in HR programs. She has taught business and accounting courses for other various departments at Sheridan and has consulted with CMA Canada and University of Toronto. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph. She is also a Chartered Professional Accountant and Certified Management Accountant designations.

Bob Thompson is a Professor of Human Resources at Seneca College, and also teaches courses at the Centre for Industrial Relations and Human Resources at the University of Toronto. Prior to joining academia, Bob was Senior Employment Law Counsel at Canada’s largest financial institution, Manager of Labour Relations at Canada’s largest grocery retailer, articling lawyer at Canada’s largest litigation law firm, and a co-op engineering student at Canada’s largest automotive manufacturer.
Bob received his engineering degree at Kettering University in Flint, Michigan, his law degree and an MBA at the University of Ottawa, and an MBA at the University of Kent at Canterbury, England.

Rebecca began her legal career in criminal law with the Crown's office and then joined the firm, Steinecke Maciura LeBlanc, as an associate, providing legal advice and conducting discipline hearings for various regulatory bodies. More recently, Rebecca has worked directly for regulatory bodies, specifically the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario and the College of Early Childhood Educators. She has fulfilled various functions for these Colleges such as investigating, decision writing and managing the professional conduct department. After spending a year on maternity leave with her son, Joshua, Rebecca decided to open her own practice in October 2017, offering investigation services and general legal consulting in the areas of professional regulation and workplace investigation law.
Louise Taylor Green has been practicing HR for over twenty years. Before joining HRPA, she served as the Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer for Economical Insurance, one of Canada's leading property and casualty carriers. Previously, Louise was the Executive Director of the National Nursing Assessment Service. Prior to that, Louise was Executive Vice President Corporate Affairs & Strategy and CHRO for Hamilton Health Sciences, Canada's second-largest academic teaching hospital system. Before moving into healthcare, Louise spent over six years in cooperative financial services as the Vice-President of Retail Banking and Chief Human Resources Officer at FirstOntario Credit Union. Early in her career, Louise spent 11 years with Canada 3000 Airlines in progressively more responsible positions in Canada and the U.S.
Louise is a regulated HR professional holding the CHRP, CHRL, and CHRE designations. She is also a Certified Management Consultant ("CMC") and a Professional Certified Coach ("PCC"). Louise holds an MBA from Athabasca University and she completed the CHRM program at McMaster University.
