The StoryMaker™ workshop teachers HR leaders how to communicate their vision to accelerate achievement of goals. By crafting and delivering an effective “story” leaders will reveal to team members “who they are, why they’re here and what they’re trying to build.” This information, when told clearly and with the right delivery, engenders trust in the manager. Goals are achieved faster by inspiring, engaging and aligning your team with a clearly articulated vision.
The StoryMaker™ is one of six Leadership Suite workshops. Each workshop can be taken individually, though The Leadership Suite™ Certificate is granted to those completing all six of the workshops*.

Rebecca Lemaich, Director, Coaching & Facilitation for Forrest & Company, has over 25 years of corporate human resources experience from manager to vice president levels. Rebecca is a master coach and facilitator, experienced in leading teams to serve global personnel, developing total compensation programs, instigating strategic and targeted organizational design initiatives, developing and implementing corporate HR strategies and building team effectiveness. Rebecca has a BA from the University of Waterloo, and is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL).
