The StoryMaker™

The StoryMaker™ workshop teachers HR leaders how to communicate their vision to accelerate achievement of goals. By crafting and delivering an effective “story” leaders will reveal to team members “who they are, why they’re here and what they’re trying to build.” This information, when told clearly and with the right delivery, engenders trust in the manager. Goals are achieved faster by inspiring, engaging and aligning your team with a clearly articulated vision.

The StoryMaker™ is one of six Leadership Suite workshops. Each workshop can be taken individually, though The Leadership Suite™ Certificate is granted to those completing all six of the workshops*.

*Subject to having enough participants to run the workshops
**Please notify PD Team if you’ve attended all 6 workshops in order to get a certificate

Workshops in The Leadership Suite have been specifically designed to address the “skill fade” that concerns users and sponsors of training and development. For more information on the Suite’s methodology and “stickiness”, please go here.
