Submission Instructions

Before you begin your submission, please review the following instructions carefully.
Incomplete submissions will not be considered.

  1. Review the PDF version of the online form in advance to identify all required information and prepare your materials accordingly; please note the maximum word counts for all sections
  2. Collect all the information you will need in advance to simplify the process
  3. Prepare your submission using word processing software such as Microsoft Word or WordPerfect as there is no spell check in the online form. These software packages will also allow you to perform a word count for the sections in which a maximum word count is specified
  4. Please ensure your title is no more than ten words or approximately 50 characters, otherwise it will not appear as entered
  5. Copy and paste your submission into the appropriate fields
  6. Complete all required fields. These fields are indicated with an asterisk (*)
  7. You may submit up to three proposals in one submission. Subsequent proposals must be entered as new submissions
  8. Print/save a copy of your submission for future reference
