Participants will learn how to properly define tasks and how to assess the ability of their direct reports to execute those tasks. Effective managers understand how to adapt their leadership approach to each direct report and to each task assignment. Participants will have the chance to apply their new knowledge practically by developing an action plan to effectively delegate to one of their direct reports.
