Leaders’ stories reveal to their teams their vision, answering “who they are, why they’re here, and what they’re trying to build”. The clarity of this information, and the power of its delivery engenders trust in the manager – the foundation of effective communication – accelerating the achievement of goals. Just as a reporter assembles the facts of an event, adds observations, and makes conclusions, so participants will develop a solid foundation to make and deliver their own

Rebecca Lemaich, Director, Coaching & Facilitation for Forrest & Company, has over 25 years of corporate human resources experience from manager to vice president levels. Rebecca is a master coach and facilitator, experienced in leading teams to serve global personnel, developing total compensation programs, instigating strategic and targeted organizational design initiatives, developing and implementing corporate HR strategies and building team effectiveness. Rebecca has a BA from the University of Waterloo, and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
