The purpose of the StoryMaker™ is to teach participants how to craft and deliver an effective leadership communication piece we call a “story”. Leaders’ stories reveal to their teams their vision, answering “who they are, why they’re here, and what they’re trying to build”. The clarity of this information, and the power of its delivery engenders trust in the manager – the foundation of effective communication – accelerating the achievement of goals. Just as a reporter assembles the facts of an event, adds observations, and makes conclusions, so participants will develop a solid foundation to make and deliver their own
story.
Outcome
Achieve goals faster by inspiring, engaging and aligning your team with a clearly articulated vision.
