Susan E. Sorensen was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2000, having graduated from Queen’s University Law School in 1998. Sorensen advises private and public sector employers on labour relations and employment law matters, including the administration of collective agreements, employee terminations, structuring and negotiating severance packages, employee discipline, drafting employment contracts, employee handbooks and employment policies, sexual and racial harassment, employment standards, workers' compensation and human rights issues. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association’s Labour and Employment Law Section, Ontario.
