Lauren M. Bernardi, Lawyer and HR Advisor, Bernardi Human Resource Law
For more than 17 years, Lauren M. Bernardi has been providing strategic advice and representation in to employers. Lauren works extensively in the field of workplace respect, harassment and violence, including conducting manager and employee training sessions, preparing harassment and code of conduct policies and investigating and resolving complaints. Lauren is the author of “Powerful Employment Policies”, published by Canada Law Book. She has been quoted in national newspapers and she has been a guest expert on CBC Radio.

Krista Siedlak, Lawyer and HR Advisor, Bernardi Human Resource Law
Krista Siedlak works extensively with employers to help them avoid costly litigation by training managers on proper discipline and performance management techniques, preparing policies and contracts, and providing advice on how to manage workplace challenges. She also works in the field of workplace respect, harassment and discrimination, regularly conducting “respect in the workplace” training sessions and advising employers on human rights issues.
