Keith Burkhardt’s practice is focused on the representation of management in many areas of employment and labour law including collective bargaining, construction labour relations, employment standards, labour relations board proceedings and responding to union organizing and applications for certification.
Keith regularly appears before the Ontario Labour Relations Board and labour arbitrators. He has presented seminars on a variety of topics related to his practice including surveillance, construction labour relations, information technology in the workplace, and tax issues within the employment relationship. He is member of the Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association and the Law Society of Upper Canada.
Sundeep Gokhale’s practice is focused on the representation of management in many areas of employment and labour law including advising the multinational and multi-jurisdictional employer, collective bargaining, human rights, labour relations board proceedings, pay equity and wrongful dismissal litigation.
Sundeep is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association, South Asian Bar Association (Toronto Chapter) and the Law Society of Upper Canada. He volunteers his time to Ovarian Cancer Canada and teaches employment and labour law at Conestoga College.
