HR Domains (Career GPS): Employee Relations; Organizational Design & Development; Leadership Development & Organizational Culture
A great workplace requires a strong sense of team spirit, which is formed when team members feel fully included and integrated into a team and have interpersonal connections with each other. By hiring people who fit in with the culture, sharing rewards fairly across the organization and creating opportunities to celebrate and have fun, managers can create an environment where all employees are motivated to work together towards a common goal.
In this session, you will learn how to build a cohesive team and encourage strong trust-based relationships across the team.
Companies of all sizes that undertake the journey to become a great workplace – from small businesses to multinationals – consistently outperform their competitors with enhanced returns, greater productivity, deeper collaboration, and more innovation.
For 25 years, the Great Place to Work® Institute has been assisting thousands of organizations in over 40 countries to become great workplaces and has surveyed millions of employees in those organizations. Through this extensive research and practical experience the Institute has created a model for building great workplaces.
Join Alison Grenier of Great Place to Work® for this interactive webinar series to explore the model and hear how great organizations are implementing it on a day-to-day basis.
