Based on findings from Hays “What People Want” guide, this webinar looks at the key emotive drivers-- compensation, benefits, progression and culture or company reputation—that attracts (and keeps) Canadian professionals to their jobs. Learn what drives professionals to accept job offers or stay with their employers across a broad range of industries and sectors. This insight will enable employers to make informed decisions about creating attractive and strategic recruitment and retention packages.

This webinar will be delivered in a  presentation and discussion format with Q&A at the end.

Travis O’Rourke, is a business graduate with 10+ years of IT staffing experience. He brings over 25,000 hours of hands on management with temporary/contract staffing in Canada. His expertise in workforce management spans across Government, Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, Consulting, and Natural Resources. Travis currently oversees the contract business for Hays Specialist Recruitment (Canada) Inc. and currently sits on the board of directors for the National Association of Computer Consulting Businesses (www.NACCB.ca).
