Developing Emotional Intelligence for Enhanced Teamwork

Emotional intelligence (EI) is an important ingredient of effective teams because it involves team-members’ self-managing reactions to stress, conflict, and change—and improves trust, motivation, innovation and performance among teams. This workshop provides insights into participants’ emotional intelligence and how to use EI effectively to build team relationships for enhanced synergy, trust, productivity and performance.

About the presenter: Dr. G. Levitt
Dr. Levitt is a senior consultant and facilitator with Cutting Edjj Consulting. Her specialty is in the field of leadership and coaching. In addition to having delivered numerous leadership programs in many organizations Dr. Levitt has also taught leadership programs to colleges and universities.
