HRPA, in association with Forrest & Company Ltd., is pleased to offer The Leadership Suite™, a comprehensive leadership development certificate program specifically designed for HR professionals.
The Leadership Suite's six one-day modules provide participants with the core skills and abilities they need to be effective leaders and managers. The Leadership Suite™ Certificate is granted to those completing all six of the modules. Alternatively, for those managers wanting to develop a particular skill, each module can be taken individually. Note: The Leadership Suite Certificate Program has been approved by CMC-Canada as an equivalent course to fulfill the CMC-Canada Project Management course requirements of the CMC-Canada designation.

Rebecca Lemaich, Director, Coaching & Facilitation for Forrest & Company, has over 25 years of corporate human resources experience from manager to vice president levels. Rebecca is a master coach and facilitator, experienced in leading teams to serve global personnel, developing total compensation programs, instigating strategic and targeted organizational design initiatives, developing and implementing corporate HR strategies and building team effectiveness. Rebecca has a BA from the University of Waterloo, and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
