Effective human resource policies and practices are key to the success of any organization-giving organizations the ability to create value and deliver on strategic priorities. For this reason, Rotman is launching a Board Human Resources Committee Program in November 2011, to give board directors and senior HR executives a more sophisticated understanding of strategic human resources issues affecting the overall performance of an organization. This program is for corporate directors and senior HR executives who are or will be responsible for reporting to board HR committees. Directors gain an enhanced ability to ask the right questions at the boardroom table, while senior HR executives gain an appreciation of the key issues and concerns of their board directors.
