Registrants & the Late Transcript Policy - Deadline September 17, 2010 at 5:00 pm:
If you have registered for the NKE, and are taking advantage of HRPA’s Late Transcript Policy, the final grade for your outstanding course/s must be sent and received by HRPA no later than September 17, 2010 at 5:00 pm. No exceptions will be made to this deadline.
Registrants unable to attain original transcripts or grade letters for the course/s completed under the conditions of the Late Transcript Policy, may have their final course grade/s emailed directly to HRPA’s Kelly Morris, kmorris@hrpa.ca by their HRM Program Coordinator or from their course Professor/Instructor. This must be done before September 17, 2010 at 5:00 pm. Registrants must approach their program coordinator or professor directly to make this request. HRPA does not accept email, photocopies or faxes of grades from exam registrants.
Original transcripts or grade letters for the other courses completed prior to those being submitted under the Late Transcript Policy, should have been sent to HRPA already, or at the latest by September 17, 2010 at 5:00 pm. If you have already done this, then you should have received an email acknowledging receipt of your transcript or grade letter.
Individuals whose final course grade is sent by their program coordinator or instructor to HRPA electronically before September 17, 2010 at 5:00 pm, under the conditions of the Late Transcript Policy, must then also forward an original transcript or grade letter to HRPA as soon as it becomes available. The follow up of sending the original transcript or grade letter can be done after the exam, but must be done prior to the release of exam results.
