Employment Trends Survey Now Available
HRPA Resource Centre often receives requests from members seeking up-to-date
benchmarking data to help them make informed HR decisions. Unfortunately, there
are currently no sources within our collection that satisfy this need. In order
to fill this gap in our knowledge, and to help us provide a better service to
our members, the Resource Centre created a survey to gather information on as
many different employment topics as possible.
major sections of the surveys reflect the most popular benchmarking requests we
receive at the Resource Centre: vacation, time off, recruitment, training and
turnover. A miscellaneous section containing a variety of data that doesn’t
quite fit into the major themes is also included at the end of the report.
The 2014 Employment Trends Survey is available now and can be
downloaded for free by all members of HRPA.
Note: Once you click the above link, you must sign
into your HRPA profile in order to download the report for free. Once you’ve
logged in, you will see your price listed as “$0.00”. Click “Add to Cart”, and
then click “Pay Now-Secure Online Payment, Printable Receipt”. A confirmation
e-mail titled “Your Purchase Information” will then be e-mailed to your address
on file. This e-mail will contain a link near the bottom labeled “Since you
purchased a downloadable product from the On-line Catalog, click here to access
your file”, which will allow you to download the report.
