Instructions for renewing your membership online

IMPORTANT - IF YOU ARE A SAFARI USER, YOU MUST PHONE OR FAX IN YOUR RENEWAL. THE ONLINE RENEWAL PROCESS SUPPORTS INTERNET EXPLORER AND FIREFOX ONLY.

Step 1 Logging onto the HRPA website

A. Log in to the HRPA website using your email address and password.

B. Go to the right side of the page and Click on the "Renew Now" Image.

C. Click on “Accept” the terms and conditions of HRPA’s Professional Code of Conduct

Step 2 Summary of Membership Dues

Here you will see a summary of the dues owing and the total amount of your membership dues. Click the “Continue to Checkout” button.

Step 3 Human Resources Research Institute (HRRI)

Step 4 Check Out

 You are now ready to input your credit card details and pay for your membership dues. Select your credit card type, input the number with no spaces or dashes, select your credit card expiry date from the drop down menu, input Credit Card Security Code, verify your billing address and click “Submit Payment”. Please note, you only need to click this button once--clicking it more than one time will duplicate charges on your credit card.

Once your payment has been processed, you will be forwarded to a page confirming your dues have been authorized. You will receive an electronic membership receipt and your membership card to the email address listed in your member profile.

Congratulations, you have just completed the online renewal process!

Your membership will expire May 31, 2012. *A Membership Dues Receipt will be made available online 24 hours after your payment has been processed. This can be accessed by logging onto your profile, clicking on your name in the upper left hand corner. Click on “Member Dashboard" and click "Profile" then click on the link “My Transactions" to find and print your 2011-2012 membership dues receipt.
