The earlier you renew, the more chances you have to win: Eighteen weekly Grand Prize trips for two to Las Vegas or Orlando, including airfare and two-nights' accommodations. Along with the weekly grand prize, we also have monthly and weekly prize draws.

You will also be eligible to win Monthly Prizes for the month you renew and each subsequent month until the end of the contest or until you win a Monthly Prize, whichever comes first. If that isn't enough, you'll also be eligible to win Weekly Prizes for the week you renew and for each subsequent week until the end of the contest or until you win a Weekly Prize, whichever comes first. Not only does early renewal increase your odds of winning fabulous prizes, it also means you'll save $50 on the membership renewal late fee. The membership renewal deadline is May 31, 2012, so as of June 1, 20112 you will be subject to a $50 late renewal charge.

The contest is open to all CHRP Members, Practitioner Members, Generalist Members and Retirees. Full-time Students and Honorary members are not eligible to enter.

Mailed renewals will be entered according to the postmark date on the envelope and must be postmarked no later than May 31, 2012 to be eligible.
