HRRI's board is composed of nine Directors:
- Chair of the board of HRPA
- 3 HRPA Directors
- CEO of HRPA
- 4 other Directors

HRRI By-Laws
By-Laws have been drafted and approved by the HRPA Board. Ongoing By-Law amendments will require HRPA Board approval.
HRRI Reporting
HRRI will also need to provide quarterly reports to the HRPA Board, with financial statements and status report about its programs.
