In this presentation, you will learn about what is corporate social responsibility (CSR) and how it can impact employee engagement inside the workplace and through employee volunteer programs. CSR programs can be used by small and medium-sized companies, as well as large organizations, to differentiate their corporate culture. This presentation will also give practical suggestions about how Human Resources Professionals can play a leading role in developing and managing CSR programs that meet their employers needs.
