The HRPA Ottawa Mentoring  Program is accepting applications for Mentors and Protégés for the 2013/14 season!
Traditional Mentoring/One on One Mentoring
The program provides mentoring opportunities for all levels of HR professionals who wish to contribute to the development of a colleague and help strengthen the Ottawa Human Resources community.  For Protégés, the program provides career development opportunities at all career stages – if you are in your first HR position, an intermediate level HR role, or if you are a senior HR professional interested in working towards an executive or more specialized role.  Mentors and Protégés in this program will earn recertification points, commit to meet at least once a month and each pair must attend one HRPA Ottawa Chapter event together before the end of the term, May 31, 2014.
Career Interest Group Protégés/Group Mentoring
If you currently are not working in HR but aspire to, we offer a specialized program to develop your career path.  This program offers small-group sessions intended for recent graduates, HR professionals relocating to Ottawa or individuals wishing to  move into an HR role from another profession.  Because of the nature of this hands on program, enrolment is limited to 30 protégés who are selected on a first-come/first-served basis.
If you choose to participate in either of the above programs as a protégé or as a mentor, you will have the opportunity to develop, enhance and expand your human resources skills and HR network.
·         Career Interest Protégés are HRPA members in good standing.
Interested Mentors and Protegés must apply online before NOON on Monday, September 16 at:
