HRPA Scholarship Award:

The HRPA Scholarship Award is awarded annually to an outstanding HRPA member who is enrolled in part-time or full-time studies in the association’s required academic courses.

The winner of the scholarship is determined through an interview process by a panel (which includes representatives from both organizations) appointed by the HRPA Awards Committee.

Criteria:

  • Enrolled part-time or full-time in the association’s required academic courses with a minimum of a B average;
  • Work experience demonstrating competencies appropriate to the human resources field;
  • Commitment to continuous learning and a balanced approach to work/family life demonstrated through a variety of volunteer activities; and financial need.
