Both Mentor and Mentee are responsible for:
- Committing to a minimum of two to four hours of contact each month in whatever medium best suits both the Mentor and Mentee (i.e. in person, by phone, via e-mail, at Mentor-Mentee meetings) for eight months starting in May and ending in October
- Completing the Mentor/Mentee application
- Being matched by the Mentor Committee
- Completing a formal Agreement documenting expectations
- Evaluating progress at the four and eight month marks
- Providing feedback to the Mentor Committee
