What is the refund process for events?
If you require a refund after registering for an event, please email info@hrpld.ca This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it with your name and member number. In order to obtain a refund for an event, you must submit the request at least 3 business days prior to the event, no exceptions.

How do I register for an event?
There are two options when registering for an event.
- Option 1 - If you click on the event through www.hrpld.ca, it will bring you to the event page. From there, click the register link. The register link will open a new page in your browser, so make sure to enable pop-ups. From there it will ask for your HRPA id and password. Once this is entered, an event page will appear, choose the London event and enter payment information. Please note that only credit cards are accepted online.
- Option 2 - If you do not have a credit card and would like to register for an event, please email your request (with full name, member number, event title and date) to ccalderon@hrpa.ca. This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it at HRPA. Your registration will be processed by HRPA and an invoice sent to your attention for prompt payment.
***Please note that faxed and mailed registrations to HRPLD will not be accepted.

Where can I find informaiton on preparing for the NKE exam?
HRPA’s HRwrx course for the NKE is available here.
The Canadian Council of Human Resources Associations (CCHRA) develops both the NKE and HPPA exams. Their self-study online course can be found by clicking here and they provide FREE sample questions here.
The Canadian HR Press Study gives many sample questions to review here.
