Jennifer King
Jennifer is a graduate from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Administrative & Commercial Studies with a specialization in Organizational & Human Resources and has recently obtained her C.H.R.P
Jennifer is employed as an Employee Relations Officer with the Thames Valley District School Board which serves 180 schools in the London and surrounding area, employing over 8000 individuals. Jennifer has volunteered on the Communications & Membership committees for the last four years and is currently President for the Human Resources Professionals of London & District.

Stephen Sesar
Stephen has spent four years volunteering in various capacities for the HRPLD's Professional Development portfolio. Last year, he joined the Communications Committee. Stephen has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario, and a Human Resources Management Post-Diploma Certificate from Sheridan College. He has been a CHRP since 2005.
Stephen is a Regional Human Resources Advisor for Rona Incorporated. Supporting national and provincial initiatives for the betterment of store operations, he functions as an advisor to the London region's store management teams in all areas of Human Resources.He has been Rona Ontario's representative on numerous nation-wide human resources projects,and is responsible for attaining Rona's Ministry of Education, Passport to Prosperity Designation. Additionally, Stephen has also been volunteering on the
Board of Directors for the London-St. Thomas CROATIAN-CANADIANSPORTSCENTRE for over six years.

Debbie Uniac
Debbie began volunteering with the Professional Development portfolio, and has been a member of HRPLD's Executive team since 2007. In addition to volunteering with her fellow HR professionals, Debbie volunteers as a Personal Disaster Assistant with the Canadian Red Cross, and as a Skiing Assistant with the Huronia Program of the Canadian Association for Disabled Skiing.
Debbie is the Director of Human Resources at Trudell Medical International. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science at the University of Windsor, and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca College. She has a passion for employee training and development, and for over ten years, her career has provided the opportunity to gain experience in many aspects of human resources including recruitment, employee development, labour and employee relations, health and safety, and organizational change.

Tammie Yardy
Tammie has worked at London Health Sciences for over 12 years. She is a Human Resources Associate, which provides support to several different departments of the hospital. Tammie also serves on the Service Award Committee at London Health Sciences Centre which recognizes the staff for their years of service. Tammie has been on the Professional Development Committee as a Programs Chair, and has served two years on the Executive as the Treasurer. She has been a member of the HRPLD since 1992 and received her CHRP in 2004.

Mark Straatman
Mark began volunteering with the Professional Development portfolio in 2009
before becoming Director of Professional Development and a member of HRPLD's Executive team in 2011.
Mark is an Employee Relations Officer with Thames Valley District School Board. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Communications and recently completed a second degree in Adult Education at Brock University. Mark has his CHRP designation. Mark brings to the table over 10 years of experience in HR and over his career he has gained experience in many aspects of human resources including recruitment, attendance management, labour and employee relations, health and safety, and training and development.

Keri Mumford
Keri began volunteering with the Community Partnerships portfolio before becoming Director of
Community Partnerships and a member of HRPLD's Executive team in 2009.
Keri is the Human Resources Specialist, CTV London & Windsor (A Division of Bell Media Inc.) and is responsible for all Human Resources functions including recruitment, health and safety and labour relations. Her educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts degree, a Bachelor of Education degree and C.H.R.P. (Certified Human Resources Professional) designation.

Jo Anne Patterson
Jo Anne has been a member of HRPLD since 2008 when she began volunteering on the Communications Committee and as of 2011 she took on the role of Director, Communications for the Human Resources Professionals Association of London & District.
Jo Anne is the Executive and Human Resources Manager at ProAble Hardware Specialties Inc. here in London. She graduated from Fanshawe College with honours in Business Human Resources. Jo Anne has many years' experience in retail management where she came across all Human Resource disciplines and proven expertise in recruitment & selection, employee relations, WSIB claims management, performance management, benefits and payroll administration. She has successfully passed the National Knowledge Exam and is pursuing a CHRP designation.

Marwa Salama
Marwa began volunteering with the Membership portfolio in 2009 then
moved into the role of Director of Membership and and a member of HRPLD's Executive in 2011.
Marwa is a Human Resources Consultant at Autodata Solutions Company. In her role she is responsible for various aspects of HR including recruitment, training & development, employee relations and performance management. Marwa obtained her Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Windsor as well as a Certificate in Management and Labour Relations. She also has her CHRP designation.

Bobbi-Lyn Smith
Bobbi-Lyn has held Human Resource generalist roles for 15 years. Bobbi-Lyn has experience in
many areas of human resources including recruitment, orientation, training, health and safety, benefits and salary administration, job evaluation, employee development, coaching, performance management and organizational change. Bobbi-Lyn has her CHRP designation and an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Bobbi-Lyn served as HRPLD Membership Director in the mid-1990s, worked as a registration desk volunteer at 2006 HPRA Annual Conference and was the HRPLD Seminars Chair for 2008/9 and 2009/10. In June 2010 Bobbi-Lyn took on the HRPLD Administrator role. Bobbi-Lyn also volunteers her time with the St Jude School (London) Parent Teacher Council.
