Application Forms
The HRPLD Mentoring Committee will review all applications and strive to match each potential Mentee with a Mentor based on the information provided within the individual applications. It is important to be as detailed as possible when filling out the application in order to help the HRPLD Mentoring Committee in selecting the best matches possible. The success of each pair will depend on each individual's commitment to the program objectives. We thank all those who are interested but cannot guarantee a match for all applicants.
Please submit your application along with your resume to mentoring@hrpld.ca by Friday, September 9, 2011. In the subject line of your email, please include your name and your application status (e.g. John Smith – Mentee). Please remember that both new and returning applicants must complete and submit an application form.
** Information collected for the HRPLD Mentoring Program is for the sole purpose of matching Mentors and Mentees and will not be shared in any other way.
If you miss the September 9, 2011 deadline to apply but are interested in participating, feel free to express your interest to the Mentoring Committee. If we have unmatched applicants, we may be able to find you a partner.
